Dear fans;
Today is Sunday and I leave on Tuesday. Holy shit. The thing is, is I have yet to pack. The time is coming so quickly, but it's fine; I've got time. There's so much stuff my mom thinks I have to do, but really I just need to do laundry, start and finish packing, clean my room, make a recipe book, go to the dentist, watch every Harry Potter film out there (so, uhh, 8), learn how to become Kevin Costner, fill out application for RA position, maybe read a couple books, finish replica of the Mona Lisa that I've been working on in my basement, and last but not least, conquer the world in Settlers of Catan. See, it's fine; I've got time.
Wish me luck on not getting picked up by a sexy German guy at the airport and becoming a sex slave getting addicted to drugs. Don't worry, if I end up dying, my body will get shipped back to the states (I bought a $60 insurance packet).

Hey Seth I really like that your are blogging. Way to go! I made your blog a bookmark on safari (command+9). Therefor a request of a update every second day seems fair enough for me. Also I went back and forth from your blog and profile which means I made the viewer count go from 10 to 20. Everything for making you keep writing and tell us all about your stay. Have the best of times and remember there is also good german wine which easily could get forgotten in the overwhelming sea of beer.

Well, it was an uneventful trip to the airport and through security. (No large hunting knives in your carry on, like your brother.) I can't wait to read about the adventures that you write about next! Have a most wonderful time and learn many life lessons!
