Day to Day.

Hi there guys,

I am just living it up day to day at this point.  Nothing special as been going on.  My past week has consisted of several things.  I suppose I shall do the list again....that was pretty easy:

1.  I graduated from my Spachenkurs (Language Course).  I am now officially A1.2.  Which means little toddlers can speak better than I can.  Hey you have to start somewhere.  I also decided to take the next level during the semester.  When the end of the semester comes around, I will hopefully be at an B1.1 level.  I am just trying to learn a lot and get as much practice in as I can.  Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut.

2. I am going to become a traveler here tomorrow.  A group of friends and I are going to Berlin.  So hopefully I will have a little bit more to talk about in these blogs.  We are getting a tour of the Reichstag.  It should be really interesting.  Supposedly there was this wall there several years ago and I guess it was pretty important.  I think we might as well go see it.  We are also just going to hit up some museums and whatever else we feel like.

3.  We had another International Party.  It was so fun! Everyone cooked different dishes from their countries.  I made snicker salad.  I think that is very American.  People sorta enjoyed it.  We danced and sang and had fun the entire night.  I met a lot of cool people and new friends.

Today, I am just resting up.  I will probably go on a walk into the woods.  Later tonight, we are having a little dinner together.  I am making some chili.  I hope they like it!!

Well I should probably start my day right now.  So I shall leave you to doing whatever you are doing.

Sincerely,

Seth C.  Livengood I

  1. Congrats on graduating to the toddler speaking level! You've got most of us here beat by a mile.

Have a fantastic adventure traveling to Berlin. What a cool experience. I'm old enough to remember when the wall came down (I was in high school) so it's a pretty amazing piece of modern history.

    Love you, Seth!
